It’s probably one of the most common questions asked, so we felt like we needed to address this question head-on and clear the air.

Nothing makes our history-lovin’ hearts happier than when someone takes time out of their day to tell us about a memento that has Mansfield ties and was significant to their family.  We are deeply touched and honored when someone wants to come forward and share a piece of their history with us and the community.

That said, the Mansfield Historical Society does not directly accept or manage any donated items.  The only exceptions are photographs or anything on paper (think newspaper articles, wedding announcements, magazine articles, recipes, and so on).
