Mansfield School Ornament

The school was designed by W.G. Clarkson & Co. and built in 1924 by James T. Taylor. A tax rate was set at 37 cents for a $65,000 bond at 5 1/2% interest. The school housed all grades until 1953, when a new elementary school was built.
