This two-story brick structure was built for Dr. William B. McKnight in 1895. The Knights of Pythias was deeded the second floor in 1899. Dr. McKnight maintained an office on the mezzanine floor. Ward’s Drug Store occupied the first floor until 1938. The Mansfield Historical Society purchased the building in 1997, and the City of Mansfield took over ownership of the building in 2018.
